Mount holes didn't line up and needed to be modified!!!!
The directions said it only takes ten minutes to install the bumper! Unfortunately, the mount holes didn't line up with the frame. I fought installing this bumper for a couple hours. I finally figured out that the top support bars were a 1/2 to close to each other. Probably happened when it was welded! Lucky for me, I have a hydraulic spreading tool used in body shops. After being careful not to over extend it, I was able to spread it to the correct distance and install it correctly. I was surprised that a factory Polaris part needed to be modified. Also, the bottom mounts didn't sit flush to the frame. I had to take a grinder to the inside of both bottom mounts and grind the inside corners back. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures. I did take the time to paint the bare metal to prevent the area from rusting.
