Lot of bang for your buck
These shocks made my truck feel like a new vehicle. Of course, I had almost 150,000 miles on the original shocks but I am extremely satisfied with the KYB shocks. I did a lot of research before purchasing this brand and they are just as advertised. Note- It's a bear getting the top nuts off when removing the rear shocks, so unless you have a REAL set of tools you might want to pay somebody to install the rears only. Trust me, I ended up spending all day trying to get them off and still couldn't loosen the top nuts so went to the local tire shop and they charged $50 labor for the back two. The best $50 I've spent in awhile. The front are simple and took about an hour total to remove/replace both.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

New KYB Shocks
Shocks made my 2003 F150 ride much softer, and still handle descent in turns. My original shocks had 170,000 and were shot. They call these "Original Replacement"... however, these KYB shocks are notably smaller in cylinder diameter than the original Motorcrafts on the truck. The rear KYB shocks were made in Taiwan, and the front made in Japan. Time will tell.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
