What can you say about another book that tries to give you the insight into the world of Romero and his living dead? Well, you can say send me a copy as soon as possible!!! Joe Kane's informative and amusing look at George Romero's world and especially "Night of the Living Dead" is tight and a well paced read. There are numerous never before seen photos of the filming and promtion of the Dead classic. In fact, the history of Romero'e horror creations for both film and televsion are disussed along with any remakes........
This book is one of the coolist books I ever bought, I lived 5 miles from where they shot this movie so I could relate to the many secrets they gave up but I was really surprised at the amount of inside information, stories, gags ,failures and things that worked out great. To anyone who loved this movie, you will find your money WELL spent to step into the world of a little town called EVANS CITY, PA and some of the people who for one night in 1968 scared the world to death!
I like it very much
