I can't stand Microsoft, but this phone is brilliant. It's fast, easy to navigate, and really streamlines the things you use most often in a phone. The good: - Contacting people, organizing groups, and social networking is a breeze. Windows Live makes synchronizing contacts and schedules with your PC effortless. - By holding the camera button you can have a shot ready by the time it's out of your pocket, with clear pictures and a wicked bright LED for night shots - but most importantly, no capture delay! - Access to Office and personal files through SkyDrive is well organized and makes synchronizing devices easy. - It actually has a normal audio jack. It works great with Zune and Slacker. It even has audio controls on the lock screen! - Runs multiple apps without lag which can be activated and rotated with ease using the back button. Brilliant. - Voice command works well for common tasks, which is glorious for hands-free operation. Optionally, Ziggy is a pretty impressive competing app to Siri. - Find My Phone is an awesome feature with GPS and remote controls to track down criminals and secure your media. The bad: -HTC is notorious for bad battery life. With heavy usage, you're looking at 12 hours. Fortunately it recharges fast and has a battery saver feature. - Unlike older Windows phones you can't explore directories, there is no SD card, and the days of USB-drive file transfer are over since Zune replaced WMDC and WMP. But not having an SD card does keep your files safer. - The default search button and maps use Bing. Don't worry, there's a google app :) - If you're still using Outlook .pwi notes, you're boned. Although, Evernote is an awesome replacement app (free).Read full review
I absolutely love this phone! I switched over after having troubles with Android, and the Windows interface is amazing! It takes some getting used to, but it is very easy to use, the touch screen is very responsive, this phone is lightening fast, and the only complaint I can come up with is that the battery life is about one day, which is to be expected when a phone has so many features. The phone is somewhat larger in size compared to what I'm used to, but it still fits nicely in my pocket and/or purse, and feels very sturdy. The slider keyboard also takes a little getting used to with the hinge that pivots the screen up, but it is a nice feature and makes the phone look even more awesome.
This phone works well, has reasonable battery life and although it has an older Windows operating system, it works well and can share information with my other computers. My wife has a much more difficult time with her IPhone and Apple in this regard. The operating system cannot be upgraded but has no problems keeping up. The full windows office comes in handy. Being able to work on a document both on the computer and the phone is a very good feature The bottom line is that this phone just works. I will continue to buy used ones until someone comes out with something better. I have tried the Android and too many things just do not work at all. The IPhone of my wife's works some of the time, and then they upgrade it and for a while most things don't work until they make repairs. About the time they get it working, they upgrade again and it stops working.Read full review

I bought this phone for my mother-in-law who is not so tech-savvy. The Windows Phone 7 OS is pretty easy to navigate and very fast to respond. And with the upgrade to 7.5 (Mango) it makes it a lot easier to integrate social networking and browse the web. The only thing I don't like is the lack of apps. I also had trouble getting it to purchase apps (seems like a Windows Live account AND a Zune account need to be in sync??). It also doesn't have a 4G radio, so the network is slower than the 4G phones. If you're just checking e-mail, Facebook and making web searches (like my mother-in-law does) 3G is fine. Overall though it's a great phone. If Sprint releases more Windows phones with 4G capability I'm definitely going to consider buying one.
The Arrive is a great phone, i got it because i wanted to try out something besides Android and iOS. WP 7.5 is easy to use with a very different style. The phone takes good pictures and has a great display. I have found 1 drawback after 2 months of having it, app developers do not make apps for WP 7.5 like they do on both other platforms so you can't play popular games or games with your friends like bike race this is why I only gave it 4 stars. Outside of that this phone is great and I would recommend it to anyone especially with the WP 7.8 update that is coming.
