Took care of the problem.
Installed this unit to the audio jacks on the back of my boat stereo to eliminate the electrical interference coming from my newly added amplifier/speaker upgrade on my boat. Absolutely eliminated all outside static electrical interference which I'm told comes from an insufficient grounding problem on boats. Highly recommend this solution, product did as claimed.
