    After watching the Extreme Weight Loss show and seeing how compassionate Chris Powell was with his clients, I decided to buy his book and see what the plan was all about. I'll admit, it wasn't that easy to grasp the first time through, so I ordered his new book, Choose More, Lose More and it's much clearer. Nevertheless, Chose to Lose is where I started my weight loss journey 2.5 years ago and I'm down over 100 pounds so far. I keep giving this book away and buying another one because it never gets returned to me. I highly recommend it and the carb cycle plan that it spells out.

    Sounds too easy to be true, but I'm willing to try anything! He has a really nice way of writing, and expresses genuine concern for people needing to lose weight - alot or a little weight, which is nice. Instead of insisting you follow his plan to the letter, he gives you four different options so you can choose the one that would work the best for your lifestyle. It's always nice to have choices!
