Assisted with my class, many good sources, repetition is a drawback.
This textbook helped me with my Nursing Leadership & Management class. I was able to answer discussion board questions and write my papers using the textbook as a reference. This textbook uses several different sources to help teach the student terms and topics. The only negative about this book is it repeats itself a lot. Chapters could be a lot shorter if the repetition was taken out.
