Poor product
This phone freezes during downloading and eventually stops downloading altogether (which means the 16gb of memory is essentially useless). But my biggest complaint is the battery life. The phone will need a full charge before my 8-hour shift is over (not even half a day)! I notified the seller of the problem. He admited having to turn off apps and features in order to preserve battery life and then suggested cycling the battery or just replacing it. Not only do I feel the need to purchase further accesories defeats the puropose of me buying this older model phone in the first place, but this product doesn't meet the condition as advertised.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
