Beautiful, but...
Really nice rein and popper. Very attractive. The rein is rather stiff, however, and unless you wear gloves it can be tough on the hands. And if you do a lot of flexing and one-rein stops where you work your hands down the rein, well, my hands were sore after one ride...and I’m light on my horse’s mouth. You can’t just “slide” your hands down the rein. And so, I went back to my old rein after just one ride but took the popper off and mounted it on my horn. So, I’m using that part of it and it looks really sharp against a black saddle. It’s becomes an expensive popper seeing as how I’m not using the rein though. IF you use gloves, you’ll like the rein.

Exceptional quality for the price!
I was hesitant to buy these reins, but thought for the price, what have I got to lose? They are beautiful!! I figured they would be hard and stiff, but they feel good! It's been hard to find black tack to match my black show saddle that I can afford. These reins were perfect!
