A great intorduction to Jesse Stone!
Robert B. Parker is one of my favorite authors. I have read a nice selection of his books, but I never had the chance to read the first Jesse Stone story. It is a lot of fun (and interesting) to see how this character was introduced to the story, and how he is evolving. I highly recommend this book if you are one of Mr. Parker's fans. Well worth your dollars and time. I swear I can almost hear Jesse Stones' voice when I read his dialog.

This book is average at best- exlibrary book Not in good condition. Book is dirty especially on page ends especially exposed end, also on top and bottom it’s stamped with Library’s Name, last page partly missing, spline is bent, many stickers on cover protection cover.

Love Jesse Stone books!
Robert Parker did a great job with all of the Jesse Stone books. All are great! Fast and easy reads. I think there are nine by Parker. The other Jesse Stone books were written by other people and in my opinion, not near as good.
