    ship/handle

    oil not completely drained and cover plate broken. Have not tried unit yet, but if it works, it is of comparable value. I have pics of broken see thru cover and oil soaked (nasty) unit and package. I am surprised it was shipped, as even the outside of cardboard was oil-soaked. A reduction in price would be welcomed.
