Love it so much I bought another for my daughter
When I began working out with this DVD, it seemed brutal: my legs shook and I did a lot of grimacing. Oh boy. I thought my legs were strong from other kinds of moderate workouts, but I was clearly wrong! I am exercising with it 2-3 times a week, along with kettlebell exercises and yoga and long walks to supplement. I am now definitely stronger, feel great, and my legs don't wobble as I follow along. Carrie motivates me with compassion. I read that some people don't like the background music; it kind of makes me chuckle and press on.
