The item received isn’t exactly what you get. Item received has a hex hole, and it’s hard to tell where the offset is once it’s in the block. Where the item pictured has a straight slot for a straight blade screwdriver. My point the straight slot is aligned with the offset and easy to see.

Not as advertised, useless
I purchased these to use in a SBF as advertised they do not measure.500 diameter I measured them at about .493. They do not tighten up in the block which renders them useless. These may work in a Mopar but will not work in a Ford. Save your money and purchase quality offset dowels from Robbmc and save a lot of time money and aggravation.
