Poorly designed
The top bag does not remain on top of the panniers even tightened to the max it flops all over the place looks like its going to fall off the quick release catches can release themselves so its a real possability the zips on the pouches are fiddly and go too far so unless they are done up all the way they could undo dropping contents on the road without the rider being aware the whole thing is very floppy and the panniers constantly drift into the spokes i had to modify rack extensively to make it safe
