Ok, I guess, but doesn't fit flush. You have to locate something to shim between each 3 bolt heads and he aluminum cast bracket as your stock a/c compressor bolts are too long. I used some old lug nuts laying around. It came with some weird bolts that fit nothing, some weird shims that didn't fit compressor bolts and couldn't be opened wider to fit. So, it'll work but won't look as good on your engine as it could. But I guess it's a multi use product so it can't be real slick. No instructions.
I had to drill out the 3 - holes bigger to make the original bolts fit.
Then I used 3- nuts to space it out a little to make the belt line up.
Other than that it works Great.
Nice and quiet now.
It took me 3 hour to install it.
Not much room to get the old AC compressor out.

Had to delete my a.c. compressor on my lt1 v8 s10 project because of clearance issues. This was the solution to keep my serpentine belt. Direct replacement for my project.
