Extremely pleased with the radio, it appears new and works great. Plus it was a cinch for someone who is not handy to install. I recommend YouTube for some excellent videos. This is for a used 1998 Ford Explorer AM / FM / CD / Cassette Radio from an Auto Recycler, to be installed in a 2000 Explorer to replace one with an unreliable CD Player. The unit was received in good condition. This was not advertised as a refurbished unit. Price was definitely on the low end compared to other used units of the same vintage. Some slight trimming of the vehicle's bezel was needed to fit this radio, but otherwise install was "plug and play. And play, it did.
