This pencil is wonderful . It flows on so you don't end up hurting the eyelid by having to push so hard. I have allergies and my lids are sensitive . This pencil is perfect for people with sensitive eyes . It does smear a little later on but easy wipe off not like others where so matter how many times you wipe your eyes it's still not moving it.....

I thought I was getting Aqua 02. It's a much softer color, and easier to sharpen, and easier to apply. This one is too dark, and I don't like the way it sharpens. It's rough around the wooden area where the color comes out, and I have to pull and stretch my eyelid skin to apply it.
