Things have changed with the Dymo products. Lots of software issues, recognizing, and now, it won't use the Labelwriter 400 Turbo labels. Why? Because they have inserted a chip in the core brown cylinder of the labels which identify it as new Dymo labels for only the 550 Turbo which is essentially the same labels and fitting sized core into the unit with the 400 Turbo (or other brand labels), forcing one to spend an additional $25 for a new set of labels. HP will give one credit for the old printer's paper, etc. So why doesn Dymo do the same for labels?? Pitiful
