Great western with great acting.
First of all the DVD arrived as expected and was well packaged. The Stalking Moon is one of the best westerns with Gregory Peck in one of his best roles.

Good Gregory Peck Vehicle
Disk played perfectly. An unusual western. No loquacious characters, but people who let their actions speak for them. A refreshing change from the chatty drivel you get in a lot of contemporary period movies. Always liked Gregory Peck's ability to portray a quiet strength - a good example of this is in the movie "The Big Country".

Great film, love the stars, especially Gregory Peck. It's the third decent action film i've seen with him thus far, that isn't a romantic melodrama so to speak, not that there's anything wrong with that. Great movie, good soundtrack, top tier writing and perfect dvd.
