This DVD offers a great workout variety. You can work up a sweat doing these routines, and if you don't do this type of thing regularly, you may experience soreness the next day. Seems to be a lot of yoga, even in routines that are not straight yoga. NOTE: The Budokon and dance teachers are clearly NOT teachers, since they do not cover the basics for what they are demonstrating. They seem to assume that everyone learns VERY fast and already knows the steps. I can see where you could possibly hurt yourself doing some of the Budokon moves if you do not know basic martial arts movements or yoga/stretch movements that routine includes. I followed as best I could, but didn't push myself to do it exactly as shown, because I simply did not know how. The walking teacher is excellent, explains everything, cheers you on, and you have time to watch each new movement before doing it. Tanja's workout is fairly easy to follow, but fast. The last 10 minutes of it are floor exercises and if you have a balance ball, some of those moves might be better using that. I'm not a fan of yoga, so I have not yet tried the yoga fusion routine.
