Great price for a pretty good movie.
Since I missed out on the opportunity to purchase the target exclusive steel book edition of SOC, I lucked out and found a new copy on Ebay at a very reasonable price. The movie includes both the theatrical and extended versions of the film. The extended version flowed well and added some additional value over the theatrical cut. Must see Movie!
You know a movie is good when everyone is talking about it. So I had to see it for myself, This movie greatly describes what actually went on with the group NWA, Easy-E, Ice Cube and Dr Dre. I had no idea, but I'm so glad I took the time to watch this movie. It was so good when I rented it that I bought it on ebay which always has the best deals. WORTH the price of admission!
I waited to watch this movie on blu ray. I grew up during the NWA era & I LOVED them, but I want to let the hype die down a little. Let me tell you, this movie was entertaining! I loved every minute of it. You could really feel the influence that Ice Cube & Dre & had on the production of this movie (if you remember them from back in the day). I will admit, Eazy E has a son that is of age, I don't know why he wasn't selected,to play his part, out of respect, but the actor who played him did the part. Overall this is a definite hit movie & I can't imagine that anyone would be anything other than well entertained when they watch it...unless, you fall on the side that is "educated". "?" it's a close call
