Great upgrade
Great upgrade to the OEM product! Installation instructions are hard to follow and the pictures included are very hard to see what they are doing. I would have preferred drawings vs. photos. What also would have helped is knowing that you will need a 6 point star driver or tip for a drill to put in the 4 screws included that hold the whole thing intact. You will lose space for two glasses
This this is an initial review as I cannot attest to the longevity of the product Pro: this is made better than the original. Metal replaces the plastic wheel assembly that broke on my dishwasher. Cons: No instructions included; my husband figured it out. The deal-breaker for me is you lose space for two glasses because the adjuster piece is deeper than the original. Only narrow wine glasses fit without spilling over into the next row.

Great alternative to an expensive service call
This product was a good replacement for the original OEM part. Part of it is made of metal rather than plastic, so it actually seems more durable than the original. There were no installation instructions included, so look up a YouTube video to help guide you through the process in 15-20 minutes. Did the job very well.
Worked very well and seems well constructed. Only problem was that the wheels were too large for the tracks on my dishwasher (even though the KitchenAid website stated this was the right part #). Whirlpool Dishwasher Rack Adjuster Kit
This kit replaces your original factory installed kit entirely. You're not going to just replace a couple of wheels from your original assembly. The challenge is to deftly remove the upper rack tray assembly from your dishwasher and work on it where you have good space and light (plastic clips on the upper rails must be twisted out to allow tray to roll out). A flat- bladed screw driver is needed to "pop out" some of these original plastic parts. You must be a little intuitive to see how to remove these old parts. Don't be in a rush on this job- have some time available to figure out this task. The kit- provided pictures did not help me.
