This inverter/charger is super well made. It’s very very sturdy, packaged really good for shipping and the shipping to Hawaii was pretty fast! Has 2 PV inputs at 18A each - I have 4 strings of panels coming into 2 combiner boxes- 2 strings into each box. Each combiner box Carries 2.4kw of panels (18v each panel - 16 panels of 150w) on each input, which pushes out approx 160volt per each combiner box- each input can take up to 250v and 4kw of panels. It works without an AC input - we only use solar panels/ battery bank, but will be hooking up a backup generator soon! As soon as you attach the battery bank, it powers up immediately. We are using AGM sealed lead acid batteries 200AH - 2 x series of 4, for this 48v system. It’s super easy to mount and it’s not too heavy …. Maybe approx 15-20kg It does run a fan inside which is different to our old Schneider inverter, which is completely quiet, but it’s not loud enough to annoy you. Our system is setup on the wall in our dining area, but if you had a little utility room with a window for ventilation, you wouldn’t hear anything. Its kind of like a faint humming like a very quiet refrigerator. The people that sell this, communicate and answer any questions pretty fast, they look after their customers well. The user manual is a little confusing, as to what settings to use, but I figured it out. It has WiFi, but I haven’t worked that part out yet! I know, I know our cords are pretty messy in the pic….. we are going to clean it up!! End of day, this is a good buy!Read full review

Love this thing. Very powerful as a single unit but it really shines as a duel stand alone power plant (240 volt system). If all you want is a 120 volt system no need to get a second one. Two of these units allow me to be off grid 12 hours each day. Beside these excellent charger/inverters you'll need a couple of large 48 volt batteries (120-200 ah apiece) hooked in parallel. Cut my bill by more than half. Should pay for itself in 5 years easily.

The shipping was great, I unboxed and had it plugged in and working in about 30 minutes. Zero issues connecting. The app was hard to register, but works great! (PN is the SSID of the wifi, not the PN on the side of the machine)
