I wish I had read this book ten years ago. It has a lot of valuable information in it. A lot of the recipes are great . The only thing is you have to limit your fruits and vegetables.

After watching some videos on plant based diets, I decided to buy this book. I am so happy I did. It was well written and full of great recipes. Alnog with dr. mcdougall's website, this book has improved my health and well being! I cant begin to explain the changes I found in my moods and my motivation levels to accomplish things. My distance in running is increasing weekly and I am never tired or hungry. Even if I werent losing weight I would still recomend this way of eating for life.
I just started reading this book and so far I really like it. I just can’t wait to finish reading this book so I can start on my weight loss journey… I hope that it helps me too.

I bought this book for a college class I am taking. I found it an excellent read and full of interesting data unknown to me before. It is chock full of recipes and I found these to be delicious and interesting. I served some of them to other non-vegetarians and they loved them. Well worth the investment.
I don't subscribe to any of these types of books as gospel, but this book is well written and contains truly useful information. I will refer to it often, I'm sure.
