waste of time and money
this modem is messed up. the LED's don't light up with correct colors Green LED's light up yellow, and modem can't be logged into, I don't want to waste any more time on this.

Excessive buffering
Not satisfied with this purchase. Connection cuts in and out and excessive buffering. Expected better service especially because the brand names associated with the unit(Samsung and Verizon) would give zero stars if i could.
