A great OEM part and excellent value
I believe this switch is an NOS, meaning it is an OEM part. It fits perfectly and functions the way it was designed. And the backlight also works (it had been so long ago that I didn’t recall the door lock switch was lit). The price was also unexpectedly good. I am happy with this purchase.

OEM product and fixed my issues
Item arrived brand new in oem Motorcraft packaging. Install was a breeze and it fixed my issue. My drivers door switch would lock but not unlock. This was the fix!
