Worked Perfectly
This was a brand new part. My printer had started to wrinkle the edges of the pages. I contacted Ricoh and they said there is only one part that will cause it to do that and it was the fuser unit. Although there was nothing else wrong with the printer. My concern was what if this did not fix the problem. I purchased this and it completely solved the issue. It was relatively simple to install.

Exactly like the picture..
I bought this because it looked just like the one in my SP C252 SF even though it wasn't listed as compatible....Easy install, just take off the left side plastic cover to unhook the two cables and a few screws on the fuser. Top quality part, has my printer running like new.
