I'm facing removing mortar from the corners of a walk-in shower because of leaks. I tried some conventional grout removing tools/methods but it was going to be a long slog, not to mention risking tile damage. Enter the Dremel Multimax grout removing tool - mated to a refurbished Dremel MM50 Oscillating too I also bought from Ebay, and I'm MUCH more optimistic that I'll finish this in a few days, not weeks/months/give up. It is excellent at helping sense the edge of the tile so you focus on the mortar. You still have to be patient, have a good vacuum, stop when you're tired. But I'm really getting it all out with no risk to the stuff that's supposed to stay around, the tile and my marriage! Will definitely repeat when needed. But 3/4 done and it is still as effective as it was in the beginning.Read full review

This is supposed to be a universal fit, but does not fit Black & Decker, which has the most common fit as DeWalt, and many others. Therefore, it is useless for me.

I highly recommend buying this tool if you are a "do-it-your-self" handyman. The 3.3 amps is powerful enough for all jobs. I will never be without this tool as it works on so many repair applications.
