Fixes sag, doesn't lift much.
Installed springs on a 1996 4x4 Ford ranger. Initially got 2" of lift out of them. After driving a week and allowing them to settle I ended up with maybe 3/4- 1" lift over stock sagging springs. I aligned it with aftermarket caster/camber shims on the upper ball joint after putting the springs in and once it settled I had to buy new camber shims again and re-align front end. I'd recommend Letting springs settle for a few hundred miles before doing final alignment.

Ranger leveling
Was a simple install. Brake lines did not need to be lengthened and they leveled my ranger. I wanted to replace the 14 inch wheels with a 15 inch and mount 235 75 15s on aftermarket steel wheels that set my truck off and these springs gave my steer tires the space they needed.
