Not a bad little addition to my wire splicing connectors.
Wanted to try these instead of the usual splice connectors. Connecting the tap needs to be done with pliers and no a wire cutter/stripper that has the plier tips, as you need a wider jaw to close it. Also the male end is a little tricky to get it actually go into the female end. I had more than one time thought it was connected, when in fact it was inside the shield but outside female end.
