It's fun and EZ
EZ to try things out. Get this if you want to have fun trying different things out and know what you put in it. Store bought ice cream is a bargain but we have made a lot of unique flavors. This system is made well and is easy to clean and is the size of a tall cereal bowl. Hope they continue with this idea and make a new model that has a rechargeable system in place with a charger. We bought rechargeable batteries and a charger which work fine. Our first 3 cups of ice cream cost us $65.00 :)Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fun for the whole family
Works according to directions. Ice cream is easy to make. My family loved the coconut ice cream. Warning: if you look online for ice cream recipes, remember that the yield will be far too much for the Panasonic. Try cutting recipe in 1/2. Only fill the ice cream maker up to the groove inside the bowl. No more than 3 cups. Extra ice cream mixture can be poured into a plastic container and frozen separately.
