Dremel Brush Door
The brush doors are designed to hold the motor brushes against the rotor. To do so, they are under a high degree of pressure. However the doors are designed with a thin plastic latch that is expected to withstand the pressure and hold the brush in place. Unfortunately the plastic is not substantial enough to withstand the pressure and has a tendency to break off.
