This is an item that does a great job at keeping your ankle from rolling. However, it is nearly impossible to put in at first, and even after 10 days or so, it's still difficult and requires a shoe horn to get myself shod. Once you get it on, it is very comfortable andveasy to wear all day. One of the Velcro patches came off, I Super glued it back on, and it came off again.
