Now has always been an incredibly good brand with high quality products and this one is certainly no exception. Inositol is a very important B Vitamin. Buying in this form is much cheaper than capsules. Inositol has a very pleasant taste and dissolves instantly. It has a calming effect and is incredibly important for good liver health. NEED STEADT ENERGY AND MORE OXYGEN?
Other products are adding sweeteners. It causes my vision to get blury. If you have ADD, PTSD, etc...a couple of sprinkles before lunch will have you not recognizing who you are anymore, in a good way.
