It feels like the tiny bottle is empty, and I find it difficult to use, as there is no visible sign that I have actually managed to apply the serum correctly. The supplied wand is also very scratchy, making it unpleasant to use. I have only had it for a couple of weeks so don't know if it works, but even if it does, you would need several bottles to apply it for long enough to see a change due to the tiny amount in the bottle, making it pretty costly. Plus, you would have no idea when the bottle is empty, as you cannot see or feel the serum.
