Worked perfectly - has good instructions
This set is complete. It has bushings to rebuild the motor shaft which I didn't use. It's 'very easy to simply replace the large white gear that typically gets shredded. Replacing the worm gear on the motor shaft takes a little more work but the instructions are well written. $30 and a couple of hours doing the repair is well worth it considering new openers are $200 or more. The photo shows the old shredded gear being replaced with the new white one.

Just the right part
Repaired my Sears Craftsman 139.53800SRT. The Sears pars was 41A2817 (no suffix). This part comes with many different suffix numbers, and its significant. the '-2' suffix matched (belt drive, and correct number of teeth).
