I bought the phone as a backup, the system is Verizon, not compatible with my network. I can't .use or connect to internet. Also bbm is outdate, and can't update. As a result, is no use for me

No point in using the internet on this device it's super slow and waste of money.. Blackberry could learn a few things from Samsung and Apple and LG the top 3 on the market..

Not user friendly
Texting is terrible on this phone because the keys don't respond to touch; you have to press down really hard on each key for it to be recognized, and sometimes they don't even work. This makes texting very frustrating. Not worth the money.
