The price is a bit high for what you get, but it did make a noticeable difference in the engine noise inside the truck. Installation was not difficult although you need to be careful to cut the piece to shape before trying to install and be sure it is aligned properly before pressing into place. The Dynamat Hoodliner ordered was for some additional motorhome sound deadening and heat shielding needed around the engine "doghouse" and very easy to apply.
