I have had decent luck with these discs but have also burned some coasters with them. To be fair, the bad burns were likely software or hardware problems. Burning DVD's can be a real crapshoot, so many variables can go wrong. For the price I am okay with some bad burns (again, probably shouldn't blame the media, I have had other brands fail at the same rate). At one time Kodak was at the top of the quality chain when it came to CDR and DVDR. I don't think these are awful but not near the quality of genuine Kodak discs. These are made by a Chinese company that pays licensing fees to Kodak to use their name. You could do worse for the money I guess but I hate how everything in society gets watered down to the cheapest price. If we pay for quality, corporations will sell quality. If we only want the cheapest price, then we get less quality. This is why there really isn't a decent blank CDR or DVDR disc out there anymore. Read full review

I recommend this product. Just be ready to discard a few disc on top and bottom. I guess due to the wrapping it tends to freckle or scratch one or two on top and bottom of the bundle even though the manufacturer uses one the clear disc on top and bottom. If this bothers you, then spend a little more and get the disc in the cake or spindle containers. Then again I feel you spend a little more for just 3-4 more disc every 100 pack.
