A modded minivan might seem like a departure from the day-to-day builds at Tony Angelo’s performance-oriented Stay Tuned garage, based in eastern Pennsylvania. But when eBay asked Angelo to customize a 2022 Honda Odyssey for actor and comedian Pete Davidson, the idea made sense. Davidson is expecting his first child.
eBay documented the project in Built to Spec: Pete Davidson, the first installment in an innovative new series, Built to Spec. The series connects cultural figures, builders, and automotive enthusiasts to design custom rides using cars, parts, and accessories from eBay.

For Angelo, a drifting pioneer, modding an Odyssey for Davidson was a mighty mission.
Angelo explained:
Being a dad is a big part of my life. I have a minivan. So I was stoked to do it. With Pete becoming a dad for the first time, I knew a minivan would be perfect. I’m in the midst of building a sick hot rod minivan of my own, which is far from complete. But Pete’s is the first minivan that we finished in the shop.
Pete has fond memories of a Honda Odyssey he owned years ago. As the realities of fatherhood neared, he knew that a minivan would be the optimal vehicle for his family. But only mods could make it truly his.
