    The fridge is brand new and shipped directly from the warehouse, perfectly packaged. I can’t wait to have it installed! The seller was excellent, quick to answer all of my questions and shipping was fast. I’m in the middle of a kitchen remodel, and this was the last appliance I needed to complete my ZLINE set. Otherwise, I would have purchased all of my appliances from The Range Hood Store. Buying a big item through eBay can feel nerve wracking, but I would highly recommend this seller.

    Horrible experience. I made a $1600 offer on a $1900 item (Rangetop), and the seller accepted. After payment, I waited 10 days—no shipment. Seller completely ignored all communication. I had to open a case with eBay to resolve it. This kind of behavior is unacceptable on a trusted platform. Highly unreliable and dishonest seller. This seller acted with total disregard for the customer. It feels like scam. The seller should not be allowed to do business on this platform. So be aware this seller.

    If only I could provide screenshots of communication...I notified the buyer the next day that this item required asssembly of the gold hardware and the item would ship out within 3-5 business days. It did in fact ship within the days as promised. This was bought on a Friday and shipped the following Thursday. There was communication with someone on the account that did not speak english multiple times and then this person jumped in. Shame on you...this feedback is completely made up.
