Great packaging. Relatively easy to put tohether. Pieces fit together well. Works as advertised. I never got bark like my first try on brisket before. Nothing is easy to clean when working with grills and smokers, but the've designed some things thatb really help, like the way grease drains into the little pan. Great size - don't need anything bigger. I put my pellets in a waterproof 5 gallon bucket and placed underneath the unit. I wouod purchase this product again, if I had to, but I think it will last quite a while.

The end of the classic grill!!! What an awesome way to cook all types of food. Since buying my pellet grill, I haven't even thought about using my gas grill. I bought the 450A model, for 1 person cooking. It is large enough for a whole brisket, yet small enough that it doesn't take forever to pre heat. I am so please with the results, I don't know what I would change at all. This grill is simple, without all the bells and whistles, but it cooks just as well as the Wifi, high end models. LOVE IT!!!

Very easy to use, and performs as described. Still learning how to cook on it, but it's been pretty easy so far. This model is on the small size , but perfect for 2-3 people. If your looking to cook for a few more, like 4-6 people, than I'd get larger model. The only drawback is that the fan is on full time all the time. I wish that it had a manual on-off switch for the fan.

Very good grill. It was just what i was looking for. Going to have to explore some with it. It doesnt smoke alot when on amoke mode but im probably doing something wrong. Got to get use to temp settings. You can only set it for 180 then next step on control is 225. But it works really good.
