    Bad product

    I have had the worse experience trying to purchase a heat press from this company The first press I purchase is not working proper. I am thinking it was maybe drop and got off set during shipping. they set a replacement and and we have done everything the introduction packet say and still can't get the temperature to change for me to set it on 400 F. I am very upset with this purschuse cause it's going over a month and I am behind with doing my shirts
