It came brand new in the box just like from a factory. Works great so far it’s really big, you could fit a whole chicken in it no problem. The chicken and pizza buttons that the top of the key pad doesn’t do anything they don’t even light up.

I love mine it makes everything perfectly so easy to clean too. I can put for large chicken breast in mine and hit the picture of the drumstick and walk away then wala 20 min later perfect chicken breast its so nice. Same with hot wings. Oh man it cooks prefect fish too. Everything I have cooked in it so far was a breeze to cook and clean up. It pretty easy I would get one if your on the fence about getting one you will be glad you did. It is so much easier to clean then my broiler pan so buy it
