I was honestly expecting this to be junk for this price, but it actually works great. The battery packs fit the controllers perfectly and they are easy to put in the dock. The little blue light stays on when they are charging and turns off when fully charged. As far as the battery life goes, I've yet to have one die on me while playing.. but I rarely play for more than a couple hours at a time. My only complaint is that the USB cord could be a little longer, but that's more of a personal preference. MicroUSB cords are dirt cheap now days so it's not a big deal. Don't let the low price fool you. It functions exactly like it claims to. (Price when I bought it was $10.99)

So I've tried everything to get both batteries to charge however one of them is defective and it doesn't charge at all. The one battery that does actually charge and work I have to put something on top of the battery when in the charger for it to actually connect well and charge (indicator light actually goes red and then goes to green meaning charging is actually happening). The green charge complete light stays on 24/7 by the way. I figured this problem out when the battery would only last an hour. But you get what you pay for, lesson learned. I've already ordered higher quality charger and battery packs.

The charging station and everything came early so that was nice, but the battery pack doesn't charge to its full capacity so that is a little annoying having my controller die after long periods of playing. But other than that minor problem I am overall pleased with the easy and rechargeable access for short term gaming.

It was advertised to last 6-7 hours per charge, and would take 2-3 hours to recharge. Mine would take about 3 hours to charge, and they would die within two and a half hours. This means that I would need a 3rd battery, since the charge time is higher than the play time, and the time in between battery swaps would shorten throughout the day. Not only that, but they never fully charge at all. I once kept both batteries charging far longer then needed, which was about 6 hours, and the charge indicator turned green in a little less than half the time. I popped a battery into my controller, and according to my Xbox, the battery meter was only 3/4 filled. This happens every time, no matter how long they charge. Finally, these batteries have a capacity of 2800MAH (Milliamp Hour), according to the manufacturer label on the back of the batteries themselves. This is twice the capacity of my chargeable battery pack that came with my old charge kit (1400MAH). So why do these two batteries last only 3 hours at most, when my old battery pack, that happens to be over 3 years old, with HALF the capacity, last for almost 10 hours? It also fully charges after a full night's sleep, which is 6 hours most of the time for me. According to the label on the batteries included with this dock, each pack is supposed to last at least 18 hours. Unless you already have a spare chargeable battery, don't bother with this.Read full review

For the price, you can not beat the product. Batter last about 3 hours, sometimes 4. Tough to get the battery to go in smoothly, very snug fit. Have to put it in forcefully, makes me nervous I could break it when plugging it in. But you get what you pay for. It does the job for a product that is priced extremely affordable.
