Pros and Cons
Well , first of all , it's a nice addition to my hobby shop . Versatile and nicely designed . Should work out to be an asset . I only have one con , and that is the assembly directions leave a lot to be desired . The photos are NOT clear , and it does not describe in any detail how the parts go together . Instructions very difficult to follow
The materials for this workbench were about what I expected since it was a cheap cost. Metal frame standard and the back board and bases were fiber board. The instructions were terrible. They were very small pictures that were difficult to see. I used a magnifying glass at times, trying to decipher if a metal frame piece should be in a left or right position, with a lip up or down. Two sides had to be taken apart and redone because it was clear it was backward after doing more of the construction. The fiber board shelving was just placed on top, not anchored in any way. The worst part of the bench was the drawer. After putting the drawer together, the instructions did not at all indicate how to attach the drawer to the outside of the workbench. There was a picture of the slide attachment, but not how to attach it either to the drawer or to the outer wall of the metal frame. I'm having an engineer friend come over to help me try to puzzle it out. With this unit, you get what you pay for.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Decent workbench.
The work bench overall is sturdy for what I need light tinkering and 3d printing. The instructions were more of a disappointment hard to make out blurry images. My kit was missing 4 bolts and nuts. You get what you pay for
Well I know it’s cheap but man parts are bent the wood for table was broken in corners the box looked like it’s been thrown off a shipping van a time or two also directions are horrible! An well it’s just not that good this why I titled you get what you paid for.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Should have just bought new
Item showed up broken and missing pieces. I should have just spent a few dollars more and bought new. I'm not even going to bother trying to return this. I'll eat the $60 and throw this right in the trash.

Good bench, challenging assembly
I can recommend this bench but you need to know going in that the instructions are hard to follow. The end result is great. I have two and am using them every day. Assembly is pretty straight forward except for the drawer slides which is somewhat challenging. Only way I could figure out how to get put together properly was to disassemble the drawer slides, install one side on the bench and the other on the door, then reassemble. Once I figured that out the second bench went together pretty quickly. Be prepared to head to the hardware store too. Neither one of my units came with enough hardware. I also put lock washers on every bolt. Lastly the top is pretty thin. I’m going to replace mine with 3/4” plywood so that I can bolt things down. Other than that they are nice and solid.
