Works well for a 11-amp shop vac
I was skeptical due to low price, but was surprised that the main unit is pretty beefy and seems well built. The remote works well within my 2-car garage wood shop for controlling my Ridgid WD1450 11-amp shop vac, and the little red LED lights up to let you know it's transmitting. The remote is easy to disassemble and has plenty of room to drill out 4 small holes so that I could zip tie it to the end of the shop vac hose.
