The disk I received installed easy enough but when it was done, my screen was in just 4 colors. The driver disk that was included was not for a 32 bit system, even though it claimed to be. After checking that disk on other computers, I found the disk was only readable on a 64 bit system. It took over a month of system upgrades from Microsoft before I was able to set my screen to a 24 bit color. It also took a long time for the Internet Explorer to up grade from IE 6 to IE 9. It still has trouble with newer web site that will not work retroactively to the older versions of Internet Explorer. My computer had a blue screen of death incident and the original disks were not included. If I had to do it over again, I would skip reloading the XP version and go with Windows 10 and just pay for a new product key.Read full review

I ordered this product when I could not get internet support. After ordering, I found an Intel driver that made my RJ-45 work. Once I had Ethernet, I did not need this purchase, as Win XP and drivers are available on the internet (for a subscription). So the two CDs that I received here look very professional. One is XP Home and one is Drivers. Again, I did not install either, but both have multi-color labels and are in sleeves.

Not sure if it's my computer, or the product is faulty, but it did nothing to restore my computer. Does exactly as it had, before I tried to install it. Basically it's doing nothing, but might be the fault of my computer. Have no way to know.
