In Eternal, Texas, the Temple congregation still expects Ruby to behave like a Rabbi's wife even though she is a Rabbi's widow now. There is a lot you will learn about Temple Rita, and the Jewish faith. Essie Sue, the Temple know it all, is annoying, but unfortunately you need her because she made the chopped liver and is the organizer of the reunion for Temple Rita. What made this so unusual for a mystery is that the killer is revealed shortly after the murder. Ruby is in her 40's and wants to get on with her life, she has two men chasing after her. Ed, the journalist, and the ever charming Lieutenant Lundy. I didn't care for Ed, so hope Lundy wins out. This was a nice cozy and different with the murderer being introduced first and then how to catch him.
Such an entertaining cozy mystery book series. Great author., great characters great community. Just want to keep reading. Great value delivered quickly . Thanks
