Don't let the title fool you. This book is geared toward the beginner, but even experienced trainers may want to refer to it many times. It blends humor with easy to understand explanations. Lots of pictures as well. If you workout at home or in the gym, this book is for you. I would recommend it for the fact that most everyone can benefit from the book, even though it's an old book(1997).
